Comments: As noted above, Bay Construction achieved 59.55% SLBE participation. However, they failed to meet 50% trucking requirement. Marinship Development Interest failed to the minimum 50% L/SLBE and 50% trucking requirement. Therefore, both firms are non-responsive to L/SLBE program.
