(NUISANCE VESSELS ON OAKLAND WATERS) SETTING RULES FOR
ANCHORING VESSELS IN THE OAKLAND ESTUARY AND PROVIDING
PROCEDURES FOR ABATING NUISANCE VESSELS
This Ordinance will add Oakland Municipal Code Chapter 8.70 (the Nuisance Vessels on Oakland Waters Ordinance) which will set rules for anchoring vessels in the Oakland Estuary. This Ordinance will further provide procedures for the city to abate nuisance vessels.
