DATE: May 2, 2023 Colleagues on the City Council and Members of the Public, I am filing the attached Resolution supporting Assembly Bill 363 that will require the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) to evaluate the use of neonicotinoid (neonic) pesticides on turf and ornamental plants in non-agricultural settings.
