The Special Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland City Council and Successor Redevelopment Agency was held on the above date. Opening with the Pledge of Allegiance, the meeting was convened at 4:16 P.M.

COUNCIL PRESIDENT FORTUNATO BAS RELINQUISHED THE CHAIR AT 7:47 P.M. AND PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE THAO PRESIDED AS CHAIRPERSON.
COUNCIL PRESIDENT FORTUNATO BAS WAS NOTED PRESENT AT 8:25P.M. AND RESUMED PRESIDING AS CHAIR.
A motion was moved, seconded and carried to extend the meeting past 10:00 P.M.
The Roll Call was modified to show Councilmember Gallo out his seat 10:03 P.M.
