RESOLUTION NO. C.M.S.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO: AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 89649 C.M.S. TO CORRECT THE START DATE OF THE EXTENDED PMWEB CONTRACT TERM TO OCTOBER 1, 2023, INSTEAD OF DECEMBER 31, 2023,
FOR SUPPORT SERVICES, FUNCTIONALITY, LICENSES, TRAINING, AND ENHANCEMENTS FOR THE PMWEB APPLICATION THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2028.
WHEREAS, City Council approved Resolution No. 89649 C.M.S. on March 21, 2023, to extend the term of the installation, license, and maintenance agreement with PMWeb, Inc., effective December 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Under Resolution No. 89649 C.M.S., the term was in error and is being corrected by Council through approval of this resolution to extend the PMWeb Contract effective October 1, 2023, through December 31, 2028, instead of December 31, 2023, through December 31, 2028, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the City Administrator is hereby authorized to amend Resolution No, 89649 C.M.S to extend the term of the installation, license, and maintenance agreement with PMWeb, Inc. from October 1, 2023, through December 31, 2028, for a total not to exceed contract amount of three million one hundred and twenty-seven thousand and five hundred dollars ($3,127,500) for support services, functionality, licenses, training, and enhancements for the PMWeb application; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Administrator is hereby authorized to execute any amendments or modifications to said agreement, including an extension of the contract term, with the exception of amendments or modifications related to an increase in total compensation or the allocation of additional funds, and provided that such amendments or modifications shall be reviewed by the City Attorney and filed with the City Clerk’s Office.
