Johnson FROM:Erin Roseman, City Administrator Director of Finance SUBJECT:SUPPLEMENTAL -Status of Measure KK Projects and Expenditures Update for the Quarter ending June 30, 2023DATE:January 9, 2024 City Administrator Approval Date: RECOMMENDATION Staff Recommends That The City Council Receive An Informational Report On Measure KK Projects And Expenditures Update For The Quarter That Ended On June 30, 2023. REASON FOR SUPPLEMENTAL At the Finance and Management Committee (“Committee”) on November 14, 2023, the Committee requested that staff return with supplemental information on which Measure KK funded facilities projects that are still in the reassigned or on-hold phase and to identify any additional funding or resources needed to complete the projects. Staff have compiled the requested information in Attachment A. ACTION REQUESTED OF THE CITY COUNCIL Staff recommends that the City Council receive the informational Measure KK Projects and Expenditures Update Report for the quarter that ended on June 30, 2023.
