Dear State Hazard Mitigation Officer,
This letter serves as the City of Oakland commitment to perform the necessary maintenance for the entire useful life of this project once completed. The City of Oakland is allocating an annual budget of $118,451, which will allow maintenance to occur as needed for the project.
