Studio Perez did not list percentages on the Schedule E (project consultant team listing) and the compliance with the 50% L/SLBE participation could not be determined. Per the L/SLBE Program, “If zero participation is presented, the proposal will not be accepted. If the proposal with minimum participation is selected, the proposer shall be able to adjust up in order to meet the 50% requirement.
