It does not relieve the taxpayer from the responsibility of complying with the requirements of any other agency of the City of Oakland and/or any other ordinance, law or regulation of the State of California, or any other governmental agency. The Business Tax Certificate expires on December 31st of each year. Per Section 5.04.300 (C,D), of the O.M.C. you are allowed a renewal grace period until March 1st the following year.
