Pursuant to Section 54955 and 5954.2(b)(3) of the Brown Act, California’s open meeting law, the Council passed a motion (moved by Councilmember Jenkins, seconded by President pro tempore Kalb) to continue the special Council meeting that was noticed for 1:30 p.m. on June 28, 2024 to 10:00 a.m. on July 2, 2024 in Council Chambers, Third Floor of City Hall, located at 1 Frank Ogawa Plaza, Oakland, CA.
