REASON FOR SUPPLEMENTAL
At the Community and Economic Development Committee on September 10, 2024, Housing and Community Development Staff made the following corrections to the original staff report:
- In Table 1 on page 7 of the report (“Five Year Summary of HCDD Competitive Capital Funding Awards, 2019-Present”), the total non-bond funding awarded to the NC NOFA in 2023 was $20,000,000, not $10,000,000, and the total non-bond funding awarded 2019- 2024 was $177,866,183, instead of $167,866.183. The overall spending totals were accurate in the original report.
- On page 8 of the report, the first paragraph notes a first tranche of Measure U bonds of $78,000,000; the correct amount was $68,000.000.
ACTION REQUESTED OF THE CITY COUNCIL
Staff Recommends That The City Council accept these corrections to the report.
