Subject: FW: [EXTERNAL] Reference Check - Redgwick Construction Hello Chris,
My name is Jim Donahue from the Port of Oakland. I recently used Redgwick Construction for a 175,000 SF Mill and Pave project at the Airport and they did an outstanding job for us. Feel free to give me a call if you want to discuss any further.
Have a Great Day!

Good morning Barbara,
I was referred to you by Bill Russell. Redgwick Construction will be contracted to work on the City of Oakland’s Fruitvale Alive Gap Closure Project. We found on the Port of Oakland website that Redgwick has bid for the Paving, Grading and Associated General Contractor Services for the period commencing January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020, 2021 or 2022 & the On‐Call Grading Contracts. Can you tell us how Redgwick performed on those projects?
The City of Oakland’s Project will construct cycle tracks on both directions of Fruitvale Avenue from Alameda Ave to East 12 thStreet. Do you believe they can perform this work efficiently? Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks

Chris,
I'm not the person you need to contact; I'm only involved in administering the bidding process. Once a contract has been awarded, it's completely off my radar.
Our Construction Administration department should be able to help you, or at least to point you to the resident engineer who has dealt directly with Redgwick. The best person to contact would be Barbara Bally at [email protected].
Regards
Bill Russell
