AN ORDINANCE TO CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER OF THE FRAN CHISE FROM BA2 300 LAKESIDE LLC TO PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY (PG&E) TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A BRIDGE AND TUN- NEL AT 21ST STREET, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 8005 C.MS., AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NOS. 12733 C.M.S. AND 13659 C. MS.; AND
MAKING APPROPRIATE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT
FINDINGS
This Ordinance provides the City’s consent to the transfe r of a fran8 chise to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and tu nnel at 21st Street between Valdez Street and Harrison Street from BA2 300 Lake8 side LLC as the current property owner of The Kaiser C enter (Assessor Parcel Number 00886528001805) to Pacific Gas & Electr icity Company (PG&E) as the proposed new owner. This Ordinance ame nds the origi8 nal Ordinance No. 8005 C.M.S., as amended by Ordinan ce Nos. 12733 C.M.S. and 13659 C.M.S., and makes appropriate California Environmen8 tal Quality Act findings
