NOTICE AND DIGEST
AN ORDINANCE:
(1) AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13801 C.M.S. AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND’S UNDIVIDED 50 PERCENT INTER EST IN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7000 COLISEUM WAY, OAKLAND, CAL IFORNIA,
TO REMOVE THE RESTRICTION REQUIRING PAYMENT OF A PO RTION OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PRIOR TO JULY 1, 2025 TO FACILIT ATE SIMULTA- NEOUS CLOSING WITH THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA’S SALE OF ITS UNDI- VIDED 50 PERCENT INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY AFTER THE BOND DEBT RELATED TO THE PROPERTY IS PAID IN FULL;
(2) DECLARING REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 695 HEGENBER GER ROAD “SURPLUS PROPERTY” PURSUANT TO THE SURPLUS LAND ACT (GOV- ERNMENT CODE SECTION 54220-54233); AND
(3) AND ADOPTING CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY A CT FIND- INGS
An Ordinance (1) amending Ordinance No. 13801 C.M.S. authorizing the sale of the City’s 50 percent interest in property located at 7000 Colisew um Way, Oakland, California, to remove the restriction o f requiring payment of a portion of the purchase price prior to July 1, 2025 to faciliw tate simultaneous closing with the County of Alameda’s sa le of its unw divided interest in the property after the bond debt related to the propw erty is paid in full; (2) declaring real property loc ated at 695 Hegenberger Road “surplus property” pursuant to the Surplus Land Act (Government Code 54220w 54233); and adopting California Environmenw tal Quality Act Findings
