Subject: Adopts A Resolution Declaring the Results Of The City Of Oakland Special Municipal Election Held On Tuesday, April 15, 2025
Attached please find a Resolution declaring the results of the Special Municipal Election held April 15, 2025 for your consideration and adoption. The Alameda County Registrar of Voters has prepared and submitted a certified Statement of the Results of all the votes cast for each office and measure, and a copy of the Official Canvass for the Special Municipal Election. As City Clerk for the City of Oakland, I am presenting this Resolution to the City Council to hereby declare the results of the Special Municipal Election, which are attached to the Resolution as Attachment A. The Resolution Has Been Reviewed and Approved as To Form and Legality by The Office of The City Attorney.
