INFORMATION
Dear City Council Colleagues and Members of the Public, I respectfully request the Council adopt the following resolution: Resolution authorizing retroactive reimbursement in the amount of $2,935 from the Council Contingency Fund for my travel to Washington, D.C. to attend the National League of Cities’ Congressional Cities Conference from March 8–13, 2025, where I served as the City’s primary voting delegate.
This request complies with City Council Resolution No. 82800 C.M.S. requiring full disclosure of travel costs and funding source. The expenses include conference registration, lodging, transportation, and airfare. Approval of this reimbursement ensures the City’s continued participation and representation in national municipal policy discussions.
