The Mayor's Office respectfully requests City Council consideration for the reappointment of a previous
member
to
the
City
Planning
Commission
whose
terms
expired
in
May
of
2024.

The Planning Commission continues to play a vital role in guiding our city's development and growth
through
careful
review
of
land
use
applications,
zoning
matters,
and
long-term
planning
initiatives.
Maintaining
experienced
commissioners
ensures
continuity
in
ongoing
projects
and
consistency
in
decision-making
processes.
Proposed Actions:
● Reappoint qualified commissioner for new term ● Maintain institutional knowledge and project continuity ● Ensure uninterrupted commission operations
