ANALYSIS AND POLICY ALTERNATIVES Please refer to Attachment A for the 2025 Annual Report from the City of Oakland’s Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission, summarizing the Commission’s work and recommendations for the 2025 calendar year. The Commission seeks out opportunities to amplify the concerns of under-represented groups and works to direct transportation investments to priority equity neighborhoods. The Commission is a resource to City staff and a forum for the public’s participation in and review of the City’s efforts to improve the safety and access of walking and bicycling in Oakland. FISCAL IMPACT There is no cost to the City of Oakland associated with this informational report.
