RECOMMENDATION
Staff Recommends That City Council Conduct A Study Session to (1) Receive An Informational Presentation And Report On The Draft Land Use Framework Developed As Part Of The General Plan Phase 2 Process; And (2) Receive Public Comments; And (3) Provide Feedback To Staff On The Draft Land Use Framework.
REASON FOR SUPPLEMENTAL
This Supplemental adds information to Item #4 on the May 12, 2026, Agenda for the Community and Economic Development Committee.
The information provided through this Supplemental report includes additional public feedback received following submission of the original agenda report. Due to the extension of the original closing date for public feedback from April 23 to April 30, 2026, staff is providing this Supplemental report to incorporate the additional feedback received during that extended public engagement period into the attachments included in the original report. Staff have updated Attachment B.1, Summary of All Community Engagement and Feedback on the Draft Land Use Framework to comprehensively reflect public feedback submitted during the entire extended public engagement period, which opened on March 9, 2026, and closed on April 30, 2026.
ACTION REQUESTED OF THE CITY COUNCIL
