RE: Appointment of Two Members to the Library Commission The Mayor's Office respectfully requests City Council consideration for the appointment of two new members to the Library Commission to fill vacant positions.
The Library Commission plays a vital role in overseeing library operations, policy development, and strategic planning to ensure our public library system continues to serve as a cornerstone of community education and engagement. These appointments will strengthen the commission's ability to guide library services and programs that benefit residents of all ages.
