The Department of Workplace and Employment Standards (DWES) reviewed two (2) bids submitted in response to the above referenced project.
In summary, both bids submitted meet the 36% Local and Small Local Business Enterprise (L/SLBE) requirement.
The L/SLBE participation requirement for this project was set at 36%: 18% LBE and 18% SLBE.
