The Department of Workplace and Employment Standards (DWES) reviewed two (2) proposals in response to the above referenced project. In summary, both proposers can be further considered for contract award.
The Local and Small Local Business Enterprise (L/SLBE) participation requirement for this project was set at 50%: 25% LBE and 25% SLBE.
Accepted Proposals
Both firms listed below are responsive to the L/SLBE participation requirement and should be further considered for contract award:
• Azad Engineering, PC, a certified SLBE business, exceeds the minimum 50% L/SLBE requirement by proposing to self-perform 70% of the scope. • 3D Built, a noncertified business, exceeds the minimum 50% L/SLBE requirement by proposing to self-perform 30% of the scope, in addition to having the following S/VSLBE participation:
