Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Oakley City Council held
January 25, 2022
1.Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Randy Pope called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. in the Oakley City Council Chamber located at 3231 Main Street, Oakley, California. Councilmembers Anissa Williams, George Fuller and Sue Higgins were in attendance. Mayor Pope announced Mayor Aaron Meadows would be joining (Closed Session) via teleconference.
2.Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
Mayor Pope led the Pledge of Allegiance.
3.Public Comments
No public comments were submitted.
4.Closed Session
4.1 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS-Labor Negotiations with the Oakley Police Officers Association Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6(a)
City Designated Representatives: Jack Hughes, Legal Counsel, Liebert Cassidy Whitmore Represented Employees: Employees Covered by the Police Officers Association Mayor Pope announced the closed session item.
The City Council conducted the discussion in the Council antechamber.
