MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL
JULY 9, 2024
1.Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Anissa Williams called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Oakley City Council Chambers located at 3231 Main Street, Oakley, California.
Vice Mayor Shannon Shaw and Councilmembers Hugh Henderson, Dr. George Fuller, and Aaron Meadows were also present.
2.Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
Mayor Williams led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
3.Public Comments
None.
4.Closed Session
Mayor Williams announced the agenda item. The City Council met in its antechamber for Closed Session.

Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) or (3) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: (One potential case based on California Attorney General letter dated June 24, 2024 concerning automatic license plate reader practices)

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:21 p.m.
