MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL HELD APRIL 14, 2026
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 8:39pm.
Councilmember Fuller, Councilmember Shaw, Councilmember Williams, Vice Mayor Meadows, and Mayor Henderson were present.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
Mayor Henderson led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None
4. CLOSED SESSION
4.1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: One potential case
Mayor Henderson announced the Closed Session item and mentioned the meeting will adjourn after the Closed Session.
Mayor Henderson, Vice Mayor Meadows and Councilmembers Williams and Shaw went into Closed Session. Councilmember Fuller recused himself.
5. ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
