Direction to staff select the following options to include in the scope of work for the Solid Waste Collection and Processing Franchise Agreement: donation and landfill weeks; infrastructure for food waste at San Luis Rey Water Reclamation Facility (SLRWRF); transition to contractor billing; vacation rental kits; and curbside household hazardous waste (HHW) pickup for seniors and ADA.
Direction to staff to not select the following option: textile donation and recycling.
