JOINT MEETINGS
The special meetings of the Ontario City Council and Housing Authority were held on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Ontario City Hall, 303 E. B Street Ontario, California and a teleconferencing location at 3799 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Leon called the Joint City Council and Ontario Housing Authority meetings to order at 9:49 a.m.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Mayor/Chairman Paul S. Leon
Mayor pro Tem/Nice Chair: Alan D. Wapner
Council/Authority Members: Jim W. Bowman, Debra Dorst-Porada and Ruben Valencia (Teleconferenced)
ABSENT: Council/Authority Members: None.
Also present were City Manager / Executive Director Scott Ochoa, City Attorney/Legal Counsel Ruben Duran, and City Clerk/Secretary Sheila Mautz.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Leon.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Leon inquired whether persons were present who wished to speak to the Closed Sessions item. Hearing no one, City Attorney Duran announced the matters for discussion as listed on the agenda.

Mayor Leon adjourned the meetings of the Joint Agencies at 10:38 a.m.
