The City Council of the City of Orange, California convened on December 12, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in an Adjourned Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.
10:00 AM CLOSED SESSION
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Mayor pro tem Nichols called the meeting to order at 10:12 a.m.
1.1 ROLL CALL
Mayor Murphy joined the meeting at 10:33 a.m., and Councilmember Tavoularis joined the meeting at 10:49 a.m.
Present: Nichols, Monaco, Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, and Murphy
Absent: None
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
None
3. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 10:13 a.m. with all Members present, except Mayor Murphy who joined at 10:33 a.m. and Councilmember Tavoularis who joined at 10:49 a.m., to discuss the following:
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b).
