Chair Beil called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
3.1. Approval of meeting minutes of the Traffic Commission of the City of Orange for the October 14, 2021, Special Meeting.
ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Vaughan, seconded by Vice Chair Feliz, to approve the Consent Calender as presented.

4. CONSIDERATION ITEMS
4.1. Request for permit parking on Wayfield Street between Orange Grove and Madison avenues.
Chair Beil opened the public comments:
None.
A motion was made by Commissioner Vaughan, Seconded by Vice Chair Feliz to:
1. Amend the previously approved Permit Parking Area "W" to include the segment of Wayfield Street between Orange Grove Avenue and the southerly property lines of 550/555 Wayfield Street.
2. Forward to the City Council for final approval.
