1. SUBJECT
Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange amending Title 17 of the Orange Municipal Code (Zoning) to update and establish new development standards for fences and walls. Ordinance No. 19-21.
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on December 14, 2021.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Nichols, Monaco, Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, Murphy
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Ordinance No. 19-21.
