1 Kylie I spoke at 2nd redistricting portion at the Orange City Council meeting and expressed my input that district 5 should NOT be changed due to no major changes in population. In addition any attempts to manipulate or gerrymander would be a violation of the California Voting Rights Act. I am submitting this email to be part of the public record for final input on redistricting. Let me know if this email and my presentation at city council is sufficient. Sammy Rodriguez 524 S. 2 To whom it may concern;
On behalf of the Orange Park Association and the residents of Orange Park Acres we are submitting this districting map showing our recommendation. We want to thank you for this opportunity to give our data and suggestions for the future of Orange.

Please note Santiago Creek is a key boundary that is important to Orange Park Acres and other communities of interest in East Orange.

Unit 61 is south of the Creek and belongs in District 6. We appreciate your attention to this detail.

Please let me know you receive this map and data so I am confirmed it is submitted.

Sincerely,
Sherry Hart Panttaja, President
Orange Park Association
3 Hi,
Is it possible to show income levels per proposed mapping districts. It appears some of the District 1 mapping proposed is to keep lower income residents in Orange within District 1.

GIS has the ability to isolate zip codes and sub areas by income levels.

Maybe for equity you need to look at Districting vs income levels.

4 Hello,
Here is my map submission. The link is below and the csv is attached. My intentions here were as follows:
- Create more proportionally shaped districts.
- Keep District 1 focused in Old Towne.
- Keep District 5 El Modena together as one.
- Modify District 6 to comply with the Fair Maps Act.
- Balanced population between districts.

If I had to nickname each district it would be:
1: Old Towne
2: West End
3: Central
4: North End
5: El Modena
6: East End
Thank you!

5 We are residents of Orange for most of the past 25 years - all of it in East Orange areas.

We have reviewed the 4 currently proposed redistricting maps. We support map #109 or #105 as they seem to make the most sense by keeping areas with similar issues and living experiences together.

The one map that we object to is map #119 - this seems to purposely separate the east orange areas with the most in common (traffic issues, Sully Miller issues, etc.).

6 To Whom It May Concern,
Thank you for inviting the citizens of Orange to participate in the process of redrawing our districts. I appreciate the transparency with which the city is navigating this project and the education I have received on a very complex challenge.

When drawing my map, I considered simple organization and population numbers only.

I look forward to following the progress and completion of this project. Again, thank you for the opportunity to participate.

Kind Regards,
