Seven claims have been received and investigated by the City Attorney’s Office and/or the Risk Manager with the involved departments.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the following claims and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster:

1. Claim for damages from Roman Martinez Barrera alleging personal injury due to a traffic collision involving an Orange Police Department Vehicle.
2. Request for leave to present a late claim from Joseph & Corinne Conard alleging property damage to sewer line due to City tree roots.
3. Claim for damages from Holly Morales alleging property damage to Claimant’svehicle when Claimant drove through a pothole.
4. Claim for damages from Sonia Beatriz Costa alleging property damage to Claimant’svehicle when Claimant drove through a pothole.
