1. SUBJECT
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange amending Resolution No. 11278 between the City of Orange and the Water Division Employees’ Association (WDEA), to replace Appendix A.
Resolution No. 11374.
2. SUMMARY
Resolution No. 11374 amends Resolution No. 11278, Appendix A, which inadvertently listed incorrect monthly amounts for the salary table dated January 2, 2022.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Resolution No.11374. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange amending Resolution No. 11278 to reflect the correct monthly salaries in the January 2, 2022 salary table.

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
On November 10, 2020, the City Council of the City of Orange adopted Resolution No. 11278 establishing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Water Division Employees’ Association (WDEA), which incorporated all provisions of any Side Letter Agreements and Letters of Understanding (LOU) into a new MOU. Staff recently discovered that the salary table dated January 2, 2022, inadvertently listed incorrect salary amounts. Resolution No. 11374 amends the salary tables to reflect the correct amounts.
