Seven claims have been received and investigated by the City Attorney’s Office and/or the Risk Manager with the involved departments.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the following claims and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster:
1. Mercury Insurance a/s/o Artlaine Russell
2. Diana Laura Hernandez Morales
3. Maryam Golbakhsh
4. Leah Aguirre
5. Val and Sandra Trowbridge

7. Lisa Cunning and Janet Jones

1. Claim for damages from Mercury Insurance a/s/o Artlaine Russell alleging property damage when a City tree branch fell on insured’s vehicle during a high wind event.
2. Claim for damages from Diana Laura Hernandez Morales alleging property damage when a City tree branch fell on Claimant’s vehicle during a high wind event.
3. Claim for damages from Maryam Golbakhsh for an adjustment to water bill for usage and charges.
4. Claim for damages from Leah Aguirre alleging personal injury due to a traffic collision involving an Orange Police Department vehicle.
