Dear Mr. Lorenzen,
The inten t of this letter is to inform you that there was a clerical error in our bid documents for the above- referenced project. Since all the material (automatic doors) will be purchased by Far Builders, hence the percentage of the work subbed will be reduced to 20% (Labor only). Moreover, this will result in a total saving of $ 3,800.00 and a lower bid amount of $ 137,000.00.
Enclosed, please find the revised proposal schedule, P-3 and List of Subcontracts, P-5 to reflect these changes.
