1. SUBJECT
Authorize increase of purchase order for uniform services from Kustom Imprints.
2. SUMMARY
Kustom Imprints provides uniform services for the Fire Department. The costs of these services have exceeded the original budgeted amount.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Approve an increase in the purchase order with Kustom Imprints for uniform services by $7,000.
4. FISCAL IMPACT
The total expenditure for this purchase is $7,000 and will be funded through General Fund (100).

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
Kustom Imprints provides uniform t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, and hats for the Fire Department. The original purchase order created for Kustom Imprints for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 was $20,000. Due to other departments in the City using the same vendor, the $30,000 dollar per vendor limit has been reached.
