The Traffic Commission of the City of Orange, California convened on May 11, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in a Special Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Chair Beil called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
1.1 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Ricci led the flag salute.

Absent: Vaughan
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Heather Carr - spoke in concern about parking on Palm Avenue and connecting neighborhoods.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
3.1. Approval of meeting minutes of the Traffic Commission of the City of Orange for the March 09, 2022, Regular Meeting.
ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Dick, seconded by Vice Chair Feliz, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. The motion carried by the following vote:

4. CONSIDERATION ITEMS
4.1. Request to implement permit parking on both sides of Citrus Street between Sycamore and Walnut Avenues
