3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the following claims and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster:

1. Claim for damages from Greg Gannon alleging property damage to sewer line due to City tree roots.
2. Claim for damages from Tom Korsvall alleging property damage to sewer line due to City tree roots.
3. Claim for damages from Dustin Paul Newhouse alleging personal injury due to a traffic collision with a CHP vehicle.
4. Claim for damages from Angela Miyong Lee alleging personal injury due to a traffic collision with a CHP vehicle.
5. Claim for damages from Diana Villa alleging property damage when a City tree branch fell on Claimant’s vehicle during a high wind event.
