1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Bid No. 21-22.09; SP-4157, Bus Stop Enhancement at Various Locations Project; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The City of Orange entered into a contract with Calpromax Engineering Inc., to furnish and install bus shelters, at five (5) locations throughout the City, with solar panels, 8-foot and 5-foot benches, 32- gallon trash receptacles. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Bus Stop Enhancement at Various Locations Project as complete, and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
