1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Bid No. 21-22.12; Prospect and Spring Right Turn Lane Modification Project; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The project consisted of widening the west leg of the intersection at Prospect Street and Spring Street by adding a dedicated left and right turn lane. In addition, the project installed new sidewalk along Prospect Street, provided new Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS) to replace older push buttons, new traffic signal equipment, and ADA upgrades within the project area. The City of Orange entered into a contract with Hardy and Harper, Inc. and the work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Prospect and Spring Right Turn Lane Modification Project (SP-4131) as complete; and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
