Three claims have been received and investigated by the City Attorney’s Office and/or the Risk Manager with the involved departments.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the following claims and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster:
1. Thai Nguyen
2. M.O. (minor)
3. Thomas Wilson

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
1. Claim for damages from Thai Nguyen alleging property damage to vehicle by falling rocks from a construction site truck.
2. Claim for damages from M.O. (minor) alleging personal injury when Claimant tripped and fell on a pole at Irvine Regional Park.
3. Claim for damages from Thomas Wilson alleging property damage to motorcycle tire after driving over debris on the roadway.
