Headquarters/Fire Station 1 locations. The experience with Police and Fire locations underscores the importance and value of additionally enlisting the security consultant’s specialized knowledge to coach and guide the continued programming of the system. The remaining locations will significantly benefit by injecting the security consultant’sexperience and influence. Staff believes this will create a sound foundation for the security platform upon which we continue to build. This is especially valuable as we are now progressing through the more complex phases of the project inclusive of the Main Library, Water Plant, Civic Center Campus (Admin, Public Works, Finance, and Community Services buildings), Corpyard (Fleet and Warehouse buildings), and Parks (El Camino, Steve Ambriz, Grijalva, Olive, Killefer).
