Mayor Murphy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Present: Nichols, Monaco, Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, and Murphy
Absent: None
Councilmember Dumitru and Councilmember Gutierrez joined Closed Session at 5:05 p.m.

3. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. with all Members present to discuss the following:
