Waive reading in full of all ordinances on the Agenda.
2. SUMMARY
This item asks the City Council to waive the reading in full of all ordinances on the agenda (if any) and approve their reading by title only.
State law requires that all ordinances be read in full either at the time of the introduction or at the time of passage, unless a motion waiving further reading is adopted by a majority of the City Council (Gov.
Code § 36934).
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Approve.
