RE: City Council Resolution No. 11288. (301 E. Grove Avenue) regarding expiration of your entitlements.
Dear Susan Galvan, Interim Community Development Director, I am formally submitting a request in writing per condition #12 from City Council Resolution No.11288.
Our project has been delayed. Our last tenant on the property, the Orange County School District, has only recently began to vacate the property and move to their new location in Anaheim. We are actively marketing the property, to move forward as quickly as possible.
Included in this request is the $1000.00 deposit required. I understand that if approved, I will be granted a one year extension for the project according to Orange Municipal Code Section 17.08.060, and a six year time extension for the Tentative Tract Map based on Subdivision Map Act Section 66452.6€, for a total of 7 years.
