The Traffic Commission of the City of Orange, California convened on October 12, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Feliz called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.

3. CONSENT CALENDAR
3.1. Approval of meeting minutes of the Traffic Commission of the City of Orange for the May 11, 2022, Special Meeting.
ACTION: A motion was made by Vice Chair Feliz, seconded by Commissioner Ricci, to approve Consent Calendar as presented. The motion carried by the following vote:

4.1. Request for one -way-stop control at the intersection of Widdows Way and Palmdale Avenue.

4.3. Request to implement permit parking on both sides of Lilac Lane from Culver Avenue to Orchard Avenue; both sides of Plum Lane from Culver Avenue to Orchard Avenue; and both sides of Orchard Avenue from Flower Street to the easterly terminus of the street.

5.1. Selection of Traffic Commission Officers.
A motion was made by Commissioner Ricci, seconded by Commissioner Vaughan to select Adam Feliz as Chairman and AJ Ricci as Vice Chairman effective October 13, 2022, for two-year term. The motion carried by the following vote:
