2. SUMMARY
Three claims have been received and investigated by the City Attorney’s Office and/or the Risk Manager with the involved departments.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the following claims and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster:
1. Patricia L. Frost
2. Gad Herbert Ferrari Rivera
3. Refugio Lopez Alonso
4. FISCAL IMPACT
None.

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
1. Claim for damages from Patricia L. Frost alleging personal injury when Claimant tripped and fell in an alleyway.
2. Claim for damages from Gad Herbert Ferrari Rivera alleging personal injury when Claimant was struck by a vehicle when crossing the street.
3. Claim for damages from Refugio Lopez Alonso alleging personal injury when Claimant tripped and fell on a utility access panel.
