1. SUBJECT
Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange amending Titles 12, 13, and 15 of the Orange Municipal Code adopting and amending the 2022 editions of the California Building Standards Codes and related model codes, with appendices, relating to the building codes. Ordinance No. 06-22.
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on October 11, 2022.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Nichols, Monaco, Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, Murphy
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Ordinance No. 06-22.
