1. SUBJECT
Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange deleting Chapter 15.32, City of Orange Fire Code, in its entirety and adding Chapter 15.32, adopting and amending the 2022 California Fire Code and portions of the 2021 International Fire Code as the City of Orange Fire Code, to Title 15 (Buildings and Construction) of the Orange Municipal Code.

2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on October 11, 2022.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Nichols, Monaco, Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, Murphy
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Ordinance No. 07-22.
