Public Hearing to consider Conditional Use Permit No. 3154-21, Design Review No. 5060-21, and Minor Site Plan Review No. 1074, and Zone Change No. 1305-21 for a new express car wash facility and associated vacuum canopies located at 1325 West Katella Avenue, and finding that the Zone Change was already considered in the scope of the City of Orange General Plan Program EIR, and the project is exempt from CEQA.
Note: Applicant has requested to continue this item to a date uncertain.
